Tricia Raimondi, Prevention Program Case Manager

Tricia Raimondi
I started at Homeless Connections in January 2015. I am a Homeless Connections employee but my office is at LEAVEN, managing the collaborative High Risk Prevention Program.

I have worked for many years in the field of social work including working as a child welfare case manager in Chicago; birth parent counselor; adoptive parent counselor; adoption specialist in domestic and international adoptions; foster parent recruiter/trainer; at-risk youth counselor and equine-assisted practitioner. I have Bachelors of Arts in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Masters of Arts in Psychology from National Louis University. I have a strong passion for advocating and helping children and families, which is what drew me to my position at Homeless Connections and LEAVEN.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, dog, cat, and two horses.
