Beth Servais, Community Relations Director

I started with Homeless Connections in March of 2013 as the Volunteer & Special Events Coordinator. In May of 2016, I took on a new position at Harbor House Domestic Abuse Programs as the Development & Marketing Coordinator. In January of 2017, I accepted the position as the Community Relations Director with Homeless Connections and I am thrilled and honored to be back with the organization.

I moved to Appleton in 2011 and since moving to the area, I have found a number of ways in which I have been able to combine my passion for art and my passion for serving my community. I have participated in Appleton’s Art on the Town as a featured artist, have shown my art at The Artery, and volunteered for St. Vincent De Paul’s Art on a Mission fundraising event. One of my biggest projects can be seen at the Appleton Public Library, where I created an interactive mural for the national children’s reading program, 1000 Books before Kindergarten.

In 2017 I had the honor of being awarded with the Pulse Fox Cities Future 15 Award, which recognizes emerging talent for professional and philanthropic contributions throughout the Fox Cities. I am grateful to be a member of this great community and I truly enjoy all it has to offer!
